$65/hour, with after-hours access priced separately.
Contractor coordination is for owners who cannot be present for scheduled service windows. We provide access, stay during the agreed window when needed, take completion photos, lock up, and send a short owner report.
Vendor work itself stays with the vendor or licensed professional. Our role is access, observation, and documentation.
$65/hour with a 1-hour minimum. After-hours coordination is $125–$175/hour depending on access and timing.
