No. We do not continuously monitor live camera feeds or recorded footage. Camera support includes setup assistance and basic device status checks during scheduled visits.
Device subscriptions, when required, are paid directly by the owner to the device provider. Our fee covers local setup, placement, testing, device checks, and response coordination.
Key handling is handled through a written service agreement and owner-approved key or lockbox process. We document access expectations before service begins.
