These disclaimers apply to every plan and add-on described on this site. If anything here is unclear, ask us before service begins.
Home Watch Disclaimer
Coastal Home Watch provides visual property checks and owner reporting. We are not a licensed home inspection company, engineering firm, roofing contractor, mold inspector, pest inspector, plumber, electrician, or marine surveyor. If a concern is observed, we can notify the owner and help coordinate with an appropriate licensed professional.
Storm Disclaimer
Storm services are subject to safe access, road conditions, evacuation orders, and weather conditions. We do not guarantee prevention of storm damage.
Smart Monitoring Disclaimer
Smart devices may depend on power, Wi-Fi, cellular service, batteries, vendor cloud services, and owner account settings. Coastal Home Watch does not guarantee uninterrupted device operation.
Camera Disclaimer
We do not continuously monitor live camera feeds or recorded footage. Camera support includes setup assistance and basic device status checks during scheduled visits.
Emergency Disclaimer
Emergency response is not included unless specifically agreed to in writing. Extra visits and urgent response are billed separately and subject to availability.
