Arrival Prep is a focused pre-arrival visit for owners who want the home ready before they reach the driveway. We confirm basic conditions, adjust selected items by instruction, and report back before arrival.
Grocery and supply stocking can be added when scheduled in advance and kept simple.
$75–$150 per visit. Grocery or supply stocking is a $50 service fee plus reimbursement, or a 20% markup with a $50 minimum.
