Each visit is a scheduled visual check for obvious issues, property condition changes, and owner-approved follow-up. When something needs a licensed professional, we notify the owner and help coordinate the next step.
VISIT PROCESS
A visit looks like this.
We arrive with a checklist built for the property, move through the exterior and interior visual checks, and document what was observed with photos.
Doors, windows, visible leak-risk areas, HVAC/power indicators, refrigerator status, faucets, toilets, and owner-specific instructions are handled in a consistent order.
After the visit, the owner receives a photo report with notes, timestamps, and recommended follow-up when something visible needs attention.
